In a few months, we will be making our way to spend a few weeks in Europe again and I’m already looking forward to some new places we will be visiting!
Last year, I was so very lucky to document some beautiful love stories in amazing places.
So I thought I’d share some photos from Alex and Claudia’s wedding with you.
These two beautiful individuals got engaged in New York and got married in a castle.
Can you say fairytale?!
I love it when people find me through someone I have photographed before.
Nikkie sent me a message last year when I announced that I was going to be in Vienna for a few weeks in 2015.
It turns out she saw the photos I took of her friend’s wedding, Charlotte, and wanted me to take photos of her little family too.
I love photographing families as much as I love photographing couples in love.
Seeing that joy and excitement from new parents is truly magical.
That to me is what photography is all about, documenting love in all its form.
As a photographer, there are so many places that I would love to see and photograph.
As a hopeless romantic, Paris has always been on top of my list of places I would love to photograph a couple in.
So when I received an email from the lovely Jess asking if I would be in Paris this year and if I would be interested in doing their anniversary shoot (in Paris!), just imagine my excitement and the smile on my face.
This shoot, which we did at sunrise so we can have the locations we chose to ourselves, has definitely been one of the highlights of our year.
I’ve never been more excited about waking up at 4am.
I cannot reiterate enough how grateful I am for all the opportunities this photography journey has given us.
So without further ado, here is the gorgeous Jake and Jess in the city of love.
I first met Marc and Jaana in February last year. I remember meeting Marc first because Jaana was coming from a meeting outside the city.
Naturally I asked Marc how he would describe Jaana to me and his eyes just lit up.
He told me that she’s like Beyonce, fierce and just strikingly beautiful.
So when Jaana entered the room, I knew right away it was her. Marc’s description of her was just spot on.
Marc and Jaana’s wedding day was all about family and celebrating their love for each other.
I just loved how their 3 kids played a huge part in this celebration, my favourite was when Isaiah, her eldest, walked her down the aisle and gave her away.
The day simply couldn’t have gone any more perfect than it did.
Marc and Jaana, thank you again for letting us document this day for you. We wish you both and your family a life filled with many more adventures and laughter.

You know sometimes when you see a couple and even though you don’t know them you’re suddenly smiling and going awww in your head?
Jonny and Lauren are one of those couples.
They are also one of the sweetest and loveliest, not to mention gorgeous human beings in the planet, so you can probably imagine how excited I am to be photographing their wedding.
And it is happening tomorrow!
I almost want to dance in my little office because I can’t wait to document their day.
I just know it is going to be amazing.
But for now, here they are just being their wonderful selves.
